Update from Dr. Hotze - Current Status of SB 2397

Great news! CSSB 2397 passed out of the Public Health Committee Wednesday afternoon and has now been sent to the Calendars Committee.
It will be further amended on the House floor. Several key provisions from CSHB 3816 have been included in this bill.
We must continue to press the battle! Please contact your state representative and encourage them to support CSSB 2397.
